An email was sent to Ms. Victoria Simon, Director of Sustainability at the LA Mayor's Office. I requested her to promote the survey and provide insight into LA City's efforts to promote better air quality. She is also a mentor to me as I participate in the LA Mayor's Youth Council for Climate Action; she is a great support and leader when it comes to my endeavors in environmental justice work.
I received a response back on the efforts that LA City Council has already done to eliminate oil drilling in residential communities.

RESULTS: A SUCCESS!
Ms. Simon clarified that there was already a plan set in place by LA City (linked below) that will allow oil drilling to become eradicated. She also provided feedback for my survey, which I appreciate greatly!
