The scope of the club is to connect all deltiologists (dealers, collectors and interested persons) around the theme of postcards.

Article II: purpose (of Bylaws): The purpose of this organization shall be to encourage and promote interest in both deltiology and the philatelic aspect of postcards by providing a place for social contact, for exchange of postcards, and information through monthly meetings and printed material
