CAPI is a measurement tool forICT proficiency. It can be used by organizations or individuals to set goals or measure current skill level.
When learning, it is beneficial to break down a skill into its constituent parts. The central component of CAPI is a long list of benchmarks (milestones) for ICT proficiency. The list is divided into categories and brackets of increasing difficulty.
