We deal with all types of publicly funded work both civil and family. We particularly specialise in public law matters and deal with many high profile cases involving detailed and complex High Cost Case plans. We liase with the client at every level of the preparation of the Plan and provide advice and assistance where necessary. We are fully conversant with the fixed fee system and preparation of Claim 1A's.

We can prepare interim costs to claim payments on account where necessary and an estimate of costs to assist with extensions to cost limits.

We can provide in house costing for large or sensitive matters at no extra charge to the client. We are aware that in the case of a high cost matter the case is continuing and therefore there is the need to return papers promptly. We therefore prioritise work where necessary.
