Oktoberfest 2026 Bar Volunteers

• This year the German Club is staffing Tent bars with organizations. Only the Front Garden Bar, Back Garden Bar, and Dining Bar are available for regular bar volunteers. 

• The schedule for regular bar volunteers is estimated to open on:

  • TBD for German Club Members 

  • TBD for Non-Members 

To be a Bar Volunteer at the German Club's Oktoberfest:

1. Read the Bar Information/Conditions below. 

• You must be age 21 or older to serve alcohol.

• Most shifts are for serving beer or wine and purchases are made with tickets - no experience is necessary.

• You must be able to work a 4-hour shift on your feet, in hot or cold weather, with only short breaks to use the bathroom - and still be pleasant to our patrons. 

• You will receive the following volunteer benefits: free admission, food and beverages, special parking area, a t-shirt or hat depending upon supply, and the satisfaction knowing you supported a non-profit organization which makes donations to charities and community organizations - and had fun doing it!
