Currently a Bravo Supermarket, this building was built in 1984, for Kingston Fine Furniture, who held their grand opening in January that year. The space would be taken over by Carpet Fashions in 1989, who would relocate to a new location on Babcock St in 2001. Compare Supermarkets would move in by 2006, and the building would become Bravo by 2009.

Despite the changes in tenants over the year, the facade has remained virtually the same since construction.
