SMART Challenge

During outdoor activities, it is important to inform your parents of your movements and to respect the public health measures.

What is the SMART Challenge ?

Take advantage of the CAP to set yourself a fitness goal. In this challenge, we invite you to do at least 30 minutes of physical activities daily. Extra points will be given to those who will take a picture of themselves practicing outdoor activities !

Diane Braine and Mavis Meisner, PSP instructors from CFB Winnipeg, are presenting how to set goals in order to prepare yourself for a race (while you can watch the whole video, the relevant part is located between 15:00 and 24:30).
