Occasionally it may be necessary to reset your Canvia device. Resetting your device will return your device to the “Access Point Mode” that is discussed in device setup. Once you return to that “Access Point Mode” you will want to walk through device setup again to reestablish the communication with your WiFi.

Checklist
Find the reset button on the back of your device in the small, square, recessed area.
Activate the device reset by depressing the button five times quickly with the tip of that pen or pencil.
Confirm your device is in access point mode.
Return to the standard device setup instructions.
