How can I get a copy of the class and home policies for my student?
You can access both by clicking here and choosing which policy you need an additional copy of. You can also access these policies from the Student or Parent pages of the site.
How can I find homework assignments for my student if he/she has to miss school?
If you student misses an assignment or you just want to know what we are working on, you can click here to view our Homework Page. Parents and students also have access on their pages.
How do I check my student out of school?
Students can only be checked out through the office, and only parents, guardians or pre-approved responsible adults may check students out of school.
How do I add approved adults to the list t check out my student?
Parents can add adults to the list to check out their student through the office. This list along with any written note to check out a student will be kept in the student's file in the office.
Can I have lunch with my student?
Absolutely! we encourage parents/guardians and family members to come have a meal with their student. Stop by the office to check in and get a visitors pass first!
Can I bring my student lunch?
Yes, you can. Don't forget to stop by the office first to pick up a visitors pass.
How can I stay informed about what is going on in my student's classroom?
We have monthly Newsletters with information about what is going on in our classroom. Our newsletter Page also has links to events our students are involved with. Click here to go there.
Can I volunteer with my student's class?
Yes, Yes, Yes! and Yes again! We love for parents to be involved in their students' class life. Parents can volunteer for a variety of events. Just contact Miss. Bradley for more information about getting involved. Just send an email to candice.bradley@smail.astate.edu with your name and contact information and the best time to reach you.
