ANNOUNCEMENT

Constructed entirely of waste(plastic, aluminum, and glass bottles, styrofoam, fishing net, candy wrappers, children’s toys, clothing, a single shoe) both intentional viewers and innocent passerby are met with large letters spelling out "FUCK YOU". This message is intended neither to be satirical or immature. Rather it demands the attention from the viewer whom may or may not find it obscene. At the very least, this message ensures those passing by are made aware of their complacency, and potentially, someone may even find it obscene enough to remove it!!!
