Getting Started

Often starting a new craft can require significant upfront cost.  For an outlay of $40.00, The Canberra Lacemakers provide a starter pillow, bobbins, thread, a pin cushion,  pins and a cover.  Sufficient items for you to learn the basics of the craft.   

Alternatively, we can help you make your own pillow and source  the other items separately. 

Our annual membership fee is $50.00.

We also have a library of books which members can borrow to learn more about the craft and types of lace.
