so i installed razer synapse and when i did my xbox controller stopped working for any games i try to use it on i first noticed on dark souls 3 but it worked on a couple of games then it just stopped working entirely does anybody know how to fix this
I tried to change to color of my racer black widow elite keyboard with razer synapse and it don't save the custom colors and setting over to tithe on board keyboard profile even tho i have all the options to change to colors and patterns on the keyboard nad the synapse has no problem detecting the keyboard i just cant save my custom keyboard colors on it or change the settings on my key binds or dpi for my mous4e if i wanted to it just never exports or syncs over , i need help so i can get the full use out of my keyboard please ive been trying for years.

I think what you would like to do is device dependent, meaning even if you set the color scheme on the PC it will reset on xbox, because the setting is not saved on the controller, just on the PC.
Because of this, setting the color, I guess, could be possible with an app from the Microsoft store: Razer Synapse for Xbox, although that is for Razer Wolverine, maybe it will work with yours too. The razer synapse software, that you use on your pc is for windows only. The app from the store though should do the thing.
I never used razer products, but have an illuminated keyboard, that has a separate button for setting the light. In which case, the settings are actually stored on the controller, keyboard, etc.. Maybe check if such a button exists on your razer items? ff782bc1db
