1.ID Proofs must be submitted at us for our security purpose until the return of the product . It will be given back after we receive the product.
2. Once after pre-booking or collecting product, amount is not refundable and re-scheduling the date is not possible.
3. Kindly check the particular product’s rental timings, procedure, working condition of whole product (along with batteries, chargers, power cable, SD Cards, other accessories, etc), Physical damages, missing items if any, etc.
4. Damages & Missing products/items found on return will be client’s responsibility.
5. Next day/visit rental charges will be applicable if the product is not returned on time.
6. We are not responsible for the data you capture. we doesn't provide data copy services at any of the cases. Kindly copy the footage data before returning the product within your rental period only.
7. Cards cannot be given back separately again. And also if any customer doesn't bring back the CARD provided with the product while they are returning, then the customer has to pay the present market price of the CARD respective to the Card speed and brand. (Each card has different market price).
