Step 1 : Rental Requirement
1. Send us your rental requirement (what you want to hire) along with pickup and return dates in WhatsApp, so that we can check availability and let you know.
Step 2 : Product Pre-Booking
1. If the product is available, then try to pre-book so that we can reserve it for you.
2. Please share your ID Proofs photos for verification. Once they are verified, you are ready to pay advance.
3. Minimum 50% advance amount need to pay for pre-booking. Balance 50% should be cleared at the time of collecting the product itself. (Ask us for payment modes)
4. A product can be blocked only after advance payment. NO ADVANCE - NO BOOKING
Note :
1. A customer can still collect any product without pre-booking by visiting directly, but only if the product is available at that moment, we prefer first come first serve method.
2. NO REFUND & NO RE-SCHEDULING. Once after paying advance amount for pre-booking, it is not refundable, and date cannot be changed. It is because we will block the product for you and if other clients want to book the same product, then we don’t take booking from them, as it is already blocked for you. In that case if you cancel the booking, we will be in loss.
Step 3 : Collect the product
1. Submit your original ID Proofs. (Check page 2 for ID Proofs)
2. Customer needs to check the terms&conditions. (refer page 3)
3. Check the whole product thoroughly along with accessories like battery, charger, SD Cards, Cables, Bags, Zips, etc.
4. Pay the rental charges and collect your product. Enjoy happy moments capturing.
Note :
1. Without Original ID proofs, camera/equipment cannot be given.
ID Proofs required to submit
Customer must provide 3 ORIGINAL ID Proofs each from below each category
1. Permanent Address Proof :
Aadhar
2. Local Address Proofs : (any one)
a. Electricity Bill / Gas bill (latest month)
b. Rental Agreement (Within Validity)
c. Hostel/PG Receipt (latest month)
3. Mandatory Security ID Proof : (any one)
a. Vehicle RC
b. Passport
c. Driving License
Note :
1. All 3 proofs are mandatory. Only original ID proofs are accepted. Duplicates, Soft copies, digital copies, Xerox & laminated copies are not accepted. All ID proofs must be within validity date.
2. Customer registration will be done on the name of ID Proofs person only. And that person can only collect the product.
3. RC or Driving License must be registered after 2015 year only. Old documents not accepted
