Camp MD/Dr. Camp registration is closed. Please check back again in the summer of 2021.

Registration has been extended until Wednesday, July 29th. Please email a signed waiver and bring the $5 registration fee with you to camp.
Due to low numbers, Camp MD and Dr. Camp has been combined to one day (Friday, July 31st). When registering, please choose the 8AM-12PM or 1-5PM session.

Be sure to complete all three of the following steps to sign up:
Fill out the Registration Form (link found at the bottom of the page)
Submit the Waiver of Liability, Medical Release and Video/Photograph Permission Form to TerreHauteDrCamp@gmail.com (PDF is linked at the bottom of the page)
Mail or drop off a check for the $5 registration fee (Please wait 2-3 days before sending a check to ensure you have not been waitlisted).
After we have received your registration form, waiver, and registration fee, we will send a confirmation email that will include the camp time slot you have been placed in.
Checks can be made out to "IU School of Medicine – Terre Haute" and write "Dr. Camp, Students Name" in the memo.

Because spots fill up very quickly, it is possible that you may be waitlisted. If you have been waitlisted, you will receive a call with more information.

Every year we have many students on our waitlist, so please let us know if you are not going to make it so another student can have the opportunity to attend. By contacting us ahead of time, we will also ensure you get a refund.
