Spring/Summer/Early Fall Rates (April 1 - October 31):
$750/night; 3-day minimum (plus $200 cleaning fee; taxes are included)
$850/night; 3-day minimum for the following holidays (Memorial Day; 4th of July; Labor Day) (plus $200 cleaning fee; taxes are included)
10% discount for 7 or more consecutive day rentals
Fall/Winter/Early Spring Rates (November 1-March 31):
$650/night; 2-day minimum (plus $200 cleaning fee; taxes are included)
10% discount for 7 or more consecutive day rentals
Note: These rates include taxes. There is a security deposit of $850 per rental. If there are no problems, this security deposit will be returned to the client within the week.
To reserve your desired dates, reserve your spot as soon as possible. Many people reserve weeks and months ahead of time. You will need to pay 50% of the rental fee as soon as possible (excluding the Security Deposit) to guarantee your dates. The other 50% of the rental fee, plus the Security Deposit, will need to be paid 45 days before the rental begins.
Our cancellation policies:
If you cancel more than 30 days before check-in, your COMPLETE rental fee will be returned.
If you cancel 14 to 29 days before check-in, 50% of your rental fee will be returned.
If you cancel 13 or fewer days before check-in, there will be NO REFUND.
