Fully refurbished with a variety of bed configurations, our cozy camper trailers are the epitome of rustic desert style. Trailers are equipped with power outlets, lockable doors, gravity flow sink for brushing teeth and washing face and hands (no kitchen or bathroom) and did we mention they are AIR CONDITIONED?

Does my trailer rental include wristbands?

No, festival wristbands, early entry passes and additional vehicle passes all need to be purchased separately. Each member of your party must have a valid festival wristband.

At our Lake Frances property, we immerse our campers in a safe, positive environment where we blend high-quality coaching with fun and exciting activities. Flip Fest is the perfect getaway for our campers ages 7 to 17 to train, learn, and have the best week of their summer.

All campers must be 18+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian*. Every camper must have a Festival Wristband and a Resort Wristband to be scanned upon entrance to the festival perimeter. Kids 10 & under are free with parent and do not require a wristband. A legal guardian is NOT a parent giving a note to an older friend or sibling. That is NOT an option. A guardianship is a legal relationship created when a person or institution is assigned by the court to take care of minor children.

Some of the information here may be updated as the festival approaches or as situations change. It is advisable to check for updates before you head out. Some things do change at the last minute and we are unable to update this space.

Yes! Check the Parking Map posted a few days before the festival for exact location of the bike racks. Park at your own risk. Do not lock your bike against any fencing or unauthorized objects. It will be removed and considered surrendered.

RESORT campers are encouraged to arrive early on Thursday! Visit the activities tent in Lot 8 anytime from 9am to 5pm to pick up an early bird raffle ticket. Come back at 9pm for the drawing for fun prizes like merch, ferris wheel tickets, meal tickets, and more!

The program typically welcomes some 1,500 youngsters to the Jay Pritzker Pavilion for up-close, artist-led learning, including a front-row seat during a working rehearsal of the Grant Park Orchestra. A half-day music immersion, the Classical Campers program brings day campers from across Chicago and takes place on weekdays during the Grant Park Music Festival season.

Wombat campers are made in Roanoke, VA, and come fully equipped for any camping excursion, on or off the road. Similar to a teardrop camper, the product is compact. What makes Wombat Camper unique is the degree of capability in maneuvering a wide variety of terrain combined with simplicity to transport when going on camping excursions. It will make its debut on Friday, October 14, at the Roanoke GO Outside Festival in Elmwood Park where attendees can tour the camper, talk with the manufacturers, and even purchase one of their own.

Order your admission tickets and reserve your golf cart to get around online today! Every person entering the campground/festival grounds is required to purchase an admission ticket. Campers are required to purchase admission tickets that correspond to their camping reservation. Children 12 & under are free and do not need an admission ticket.

Stokesville Campground (464 Stokesville Rd, Mount Solon, VA) Located just four miles away from the festival, Stokesville offers spectacular views, lots of room to spread out and exclusive use of the Stokesville Bridge swimming hole. This mountain edge campground also includes amazing hiking and mountain biking trails. Note: This year Stokesville will be privately run by Stokesville Campground and Lodge and will not be providing a shuttle service to the festival.
