Coach Registration

Registration for our 2025 Memorial Day Weekend program is now open.

All performance coaches, head coaches, and group leaders should complete the form below or contact CampAbilitiesPA@gmail.com if you need a different accessible format.

West Chester University requires all performance coaches, head coaches, group leaders, and tandem bike volunteers to complete and sign volunteer forms in order to initiate the background check process. To streamline the process, these are now electronic. After completing the form below, please sign your Volunteer Forms in order to finalize your camp registration. When you sign your forms, you are signing that you watched the protection of minors training (below). There are NO paper forms for camp this year.
