Camp Juliette is a girl-led environment. Girls who are entering 7th through 12th grade fall into three groups:

1. Program Aides in Training (P.A.T.) 7th & 8th grade 

2. Program Aides (P.A.) 9th thru 12th grade

3. Program Aide Leaders (P.A.L.) 9th thru 12th grade
