Love Letters to Future Leaders

The Love Letters to Future Leaders campaign is a global initiative by Camp EntrepreneuHER designed to inspire the next generation of girls to see themselves as leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.

Through this campaign, young women and supporters from around the world write short letters of encouragement to girls who may not always hear that their ideas matter. Each message reminds them that their voices are powerful, their dreams are valid, and their leadership is needed.

Why This Campaign Matters

Many girls grow up without consistent access to mentorship, encouragement, or role models in business and leadership. A few words of support can have a lasting impact.

The Love Letters to Future Leaders campaign aims to:

• Build confidence in girls and young women

How It Works

Participants write short letters or notes of encouragement to girls around the world. These messages may include:

• Advice about leadership or confidence

• Encouragement to pursue big ideas

• Personal reflections about believing in yourself

• Support for girls dreaming of starting businesses or leading change

Letters are shared in two ways:

1. Community Distribution
Camp EntrepreneuHER partners with schools, youth organizations, and after-school programs to deliver physical letters to girls in their communities.

2. Digital Inspiration
Throughout the campaign, letters are also shared across our social media platforms to inspire girls everywhere and create a ripple effect of encouragement.

Global Impact

Our goal is to distribute thousands of letters to girls across the United States and around the world — reminding them that they are capable of building businesses, leading teams, and shaping their communities.
