From 2020 to 2024, I gained extensive experience in the sports medical industry as a student physiotherapist, injury rehabilitation specialist, and first aid provider. I had the opportunity to work with Blaydon RFC Academy, where I contributed to the team's success through injury treatment, rehabilitation, and implementing Return to Play protocols. My role extended to the Blaydon Georgians and Veterans teams, assisting with pitchside first aid and coaching. Additionally, I also worked with Park View Academy of Sport in Chester-le-Street from 2020 to 2022, supporting the men's and women's football teams, women's netball, and rowing teams. Under the guidance of Steven Shaw, Morpeth FC's Lead Physiotherapist, and Gary Neesham, Blyth Spartans' Lead Physiotherapist, I honed my skills in managing sports injuries and facilitating athletes' recovery and performance.
