Welcome to CameraFort. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CameraFort mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by us.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
CameraFort is a tool designed for photographers and videographers to manage equipment inventory, track warranties, organize gear kits, and schedule maintenance reminders.
To use certain features, you must register for an account via Firebase Authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
CameraFort uses third-party AI technology (Groq API) to extract data from uploaded invoice images.
While we strive for high accuracy, the AI extraction process is not guaranteed to be 100% precise.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying all data (brand, model, serial numbers, dates) before saving it to your inventory. We are not liable for any errors, missed warranty deadlines, or incorrect records resulting from AI processing.
The App provides automated reminders for charging batteries and cleaning equipment.
These reminders are a supplementary tool. CameraFort is not responsible for equipment failure, depleted batteries, or any professional losses incurred if a reminder is missed or not delivered.
All content within the App, including the CameraFort logo, design, and software code, is the property of the App developer and is protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
CameraFort may be offered as a "Freemium" service. Basic features are free, while premium features may require a one-time purchase or subscription.
Pricing and availability are subject to change. All payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CameraFort and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of equipment or data.
Missed professional opportunities.
Financial loss due to expired warranties.
Any issues arising from the use of third-party services like Google Firebase or Groq API.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
