These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Camera Detector mobile application ("App") operated by NOVAAPPS LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, features, trademarks, designs, and source code within the App are the exclusive property of NOVAAPPS LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the App or any part thereof.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any portion of the App
• Use the App on jailbroken or rooted devices, as this may compromise functionality and security
4. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases processed exclusively by Apple via the App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Apple's payment and subscription terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.
5. Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party SDKs and APIs to facilitate functions like analytics, crash reporting, subscription management, and marketing attribution. These third parties may process some of your data as part of their services, subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them independently.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Camera Detector is a utility tool designed to assist in detecting potential hidden devices; however, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of detection results. The App should not be relied upon as the sole method of security assessment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NOVAAPPS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or property damage arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NOVAAPPS LTD from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
