Camden Market commissioned nuisance busker that operates around the Camden Lock area and up and down the canal towpath between the Camden High Street, Camden Lock and Oval Road Bridge, possibly down to Gloucester Avenue Bridge, most active at weekends when residents should be able to rest and the legal right to the quiet enjoyment of their homes.
