Athletes who want to participate in summer practice and the fall XC season will need to register.

DIRECTIONS

1. You will need a Skyward account. If you (parent/guardian/student) are new to the district or don't have an account, please contact the Athletic Director: Stephen Baranowski or Marcia Johnson, the Athletic Administrator: stephen.baranowski@camas.wednet.edu  or marcia.johnson@camas.wednet.edu 

2. Once you have a Skyward account, you will receive an email from FinalForms (the new registration system). 

3. Parent/Guardian will confirm their account in FinalForms and complete all needed forms online. 

4. Student athlete will also receive an email prompting them to confirm their account and to complete/sign forms, including the Student Code of Conduct. 

5. Email Marcia Johnson, Athletic Administrator, and request receipt of the daily Athletic Bulletin. Marcia updates this bulletin with pertinent dates, meets, results, etc.

6. There are two fees (ASB and a fee for the sport). Fees are paid through a separate system called InTouch Receipting.

An updated physical will need to be on file with the Athletic Office. If yours is still valid (for 2 years), no need to upload into FinalForms. If you need to provide an updated physical, the form is linked in FinalForms and can be uploaded once completed by your physician.
