Families/Friends Pointers*:
Parking: See map on this page. Spectators will enter at the roundabout on Dresden Lane. Follow around past the playground. There is a large field with plenty of parking. Be sure to provide enough time to park. Often there is a long line and will take an extra 20-30 minutes to enter the park and find a spot. There are many bathrooms and a few food vendors. Dutch Bros Coffee is on the corner.
Where to View: This is a large area providing space to 100+ teams! Be sure to give yourself enough time to park and walk to the race start and finish lines. If it's hot and dry, the area can be dusty. There are many viewing points to see your runner. Check out the map on this page: You can see that the start and finish are close and easy to see both moments. Once runners start, head close to where it says "1 Mile" on the map to see them pass by. Be very careful in this area as runners are crossing quickly! Then return to the finish area to get a good view of your runner at the end. This type of race will have about 200 runners start at a large start line, then funnel into the narrower course. See website for more details.
*A note for friends/families: Please remember that the safety of our runners, and you, is a priority! Be cautious when finding a spot to view the race. Stay off the course and stay out of the way as these runners will not stop for you!
