I'm an Academic Coordinator leading a large university pathway program with a team of up to 20 staff. Before this I managed a $4M training budget in a senior education leadership role, and held senior lecturer and course coordinator positions, along with lead educator roles, across several institutions.
I hold a PhD, a teaching qualification (Cert IV Training & Assessment), and postgraduate qualifications in tertiary education, adult education and publishing. I've built course teams, restructured pathways, and sat on the other side of the budget and the audit.
