1:Do you do coach hire
Yes, we offer coach hire services from our Galway, Dublin & Cork depots.
2:Can leaps cards be used on any service?
Yes, we currently accept leap cards on every route .
3: I have lost my bus ticket can i get on the bus?
No, Your ticket is a record of our agreement to carry you or to arrange for your carriage. The Company will not replace lost, mislaid or stolen tickets. You will be required to purchase a new standard fare ticket to enable you to travel. Your ticket is non-transferable and may only be used for whom it has been bought. You must travel with a valid ticket. If a ticket is spoiled or tampered with, it will be invalidated.
4. Can I Bring Pets onboard?
As much as we would love to see a bus full of dogs, under health and safety and general cleanliness of our vehicles we DO NOT allow any pets with the exception of registered or trainee guide dogs onboard our buses
5. Do you accept contactless?
Yes, we accept all forms of contactless payments
