1) How does CalorieClick.ai estimate calories?

CalorieClick.ai uses AI to analyze food photos and estimate calories, macros, and nutrition information. Results are estimates and may vary based on portion size, lighting, and food type.

2) Barcode scanning is not working

Please ensure the barcode is clearly visible and well-lit. Some products may not be available in the nutrition database, in which case barcode scanning may not return results.

3) How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings:
iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → CalorieClick.ai → Cancel

4) I purchased a plan but premium features are not unlocked

Please open the app and tap Restore Purchases to sync your subscription.
