1. How do I delete photos with ClearSpace?

Swipe left on any photo to mark it for deletion. Photos go to your local trash where you can review them before permanently deleting. Tap the trash icon and select delete to permanently remove marked photos from your device.

2. What's the difference between Free and ClearSpace Pro?

Free users can mark 5 photos for deletion at a time and empty trash once per day. ClearSpace Pro removes all limits - mark unlimited photos for deletion, empty trash as many times as needed, and enjoy an ad-free experience.

3. Are my photos safe and private?

Absolutely. ClearSpace processes all photos locally on your device. We never upload, store, or access your photos on external servers. Your photos remain completely private and under your control at all times.

4. How do I add photos to my favorites?

Swipe right on any photo to add it to your iOS favorites album. You can also tap the heart icon in the bottom right corner. Photos added to favorites will appear in your device's native Photos app favorites.

5. Can I organize photos into custom albums?

Yes! Tap the bookmark icon to add photos to existing albums or create new ones. Long-press the bookmark icon to choose different albums. You can also filter your photo view by any album using the album filter button.

6. What happens if I accidentally delete photos?

Use the undo button (circular arrow) at the bottom of the screen to restore recently deleted photos. The undo history remembers your last 20 actions, so you can recover photos even after closing the app.

7. How do ClearSpace Pro subscriptions work?

Choose from three options: Monthly ($2.99/month), Annual ($19.99/year), or Lifetime ($29.99 one-time). Monthly and Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal. Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings > Subscriptions.

8. Why can't I add more than 5 photos to trash?

Free users have a 5-photo limit to prevent accidental mass deletions and encourage thoughtful photo management. Upgrade to ClearSpace Pro for unlimited photo deletion, or empty your current trash to add 5 more photos.

9. How do I restore previous purchases?

Open Settings in ClearSpace and tap "Restore Purchases." This will check for any previous subscriptions tied to your Apple ID and restore your Pro features if you've purchased them before.

10. What file types and sizes does ClearSpace support?

ClearSpace works with all photo and video formats supported by iOS, including Live Photos, HEIC, JPEG, MP4, and more. File size and duration information appears in the top-left corner of each photo or video for your reference.
