One-on-one vinyasa flow yoga in the home or outdoors. The one hour session will begin with a grounding, guided meditation, followed by a 45-55 minute flow customized to your level and preference. We will end with a restorative savasana rest with music. Customizations and requests are encouraged.
A group class can range from 3 to 20 people based on space. Similiar to a private class, the group class will accept requests to meet the needs and skills of the students. The flow will begin with a guided meditation, followed by a 45-55 minute flow and end with savasana rest with music.
