When reporting a problem, please include
- Phone model.
- Android or iOS version.
- CalmaNote version (Settings in the app, or the store page).
- Which screen was open and what you did just before the problem.
- A screenshot or video, only if it shows no private notes, codes or personal information.
We will never ask for
Your private-section code, backup password, Google or Apple password, verification codes, payment card details or the content of private notes.

- Search and date filters.
- Voice input.
- The private section and a forgotten code.
- Backup, restore and moving to a new phone.
Important
If you forget your private-section code or your backup password, VIAMIK Studio cannot recover them. There is no cloud copy of your notes: keep a backup file somewhere safe.
