This page provides a way for CallMeTaxi users to request deletion of their CallMeTaxi account and associated personal data without reinstalling or opening the app.
Request account deletion
Send an email from an address you can access with the subject CallMeTaxi Account Deletion Request.
In the message, provide:
• your CallMeTaxi User ID, if known; and
• the phone number registered to the account.
Do not send your password.

What happens next
• We may contact you only as necessary to verify that the request concerns your account.
• After verification, we will process deletion of the account and associated personal data.
• We aim to complete valid requests within a reasonably prompt period, normally within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
Deletion includes the account and personal data associated with it, such as profile/account data and other user-linked service data, except data that must be retained for legitimate reasons described below.
Data that may be retained
Limited trip, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, audit, accounting, or dispute-related records may be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect users and the service, prevent fraud or abuse, or resolve disputes. Retained data is restricted to those purposes and is not kept for unrelated use.
