Marc Saphir interviewed Joe a few weeks before his passing. In the first half, Joe tells his life story and how he ended up in Pagosa Springs. In the second half, there is a photo tour featuring many stills of his layout while Joe talks about model railroading. The video can be viewed at a higher quality setting if desired.
