California Mantis Clan

Welcome to the California Mantis Clan (CMC) My style is primarily in Tang Soo Do, while also incorporating elements of kung fu such as Choy Li Fut, Northern Eagle Claw and Northern Mantis to give students a well-rounded martial arts experince. We also train with many weapons such as, Bo, Sai, Nunchaku, Katana, Jian aka the striaght sword, Knife and the Karambit.

Beyond the physical skills, the goal is to help students develop confidence, respect, patience, perserverance and discipline skills that can benefit them in the real world.
