Payment is due upon scheduling; an invoice can be requested and must be paid before the visit. Appointments must be canceled or changed at least 24 hours in advance or a full charge will be applied.

Fee Schedule for Dr. Richards

New Patient Evaluation: $625

Follow Up (50 min): $240

Abbreviated Follow-Up (25 min): $165

Dr. Richards charges $240/hr for any work, including documentation and extended phone sessions, which is calculated in 10-minute increments.

Court Fees: Dr. Richards charges $3,000 per day plus $500/hour for court fees, inclusive of preparation, travel and any other expenses. Dr. Richards does not typically provide court/legal evaluations or testimony.

No-Show/Late Fees:

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full fee.

Repeated no-shows or late arrivals will result in dismissal from the practice.

If a patient arrives more than 10 minutes late for a follow-up or more than 20 minutes late for a new patient evaluation, the visit will be rescheduled and the full fee must be paid, as it will not allow the patient enough time with their doctor.
