If you want to vote by proxy "you are not available to attend the meeting and need someone to represent your vote"

the forms below will make that possible.

"Bylaws §2.7. It says, in substance, that a member who is more than 60 days delinquent cannot vote or be elected."

You can print out the forms below and have someone of legal age represent you "They don't have to live here to do so"

If you do not have anyone to represent you and would like for the person that has created this webpage to represent you I have included my name on the form and I can be contacted after you have filed out the forms at caleysmillhomeowners@gmail.com or from the email links on this website.

I am the neighbor that is handing out the flyers for visiting this web page and this web site's creator

If you choose someone besides Scott Sawyer to represent you replace my name in both place on form 2 with whom you have chosen to represent you.

Keep a Copy

The homeowner should keep a copy of this completed form for their records.

Important: Before the meeting, the completed proxy should be provided to the HOA according to whatever procedure the HOA establishes for accepting proxies.

One Person — One Vote

Each homeowner has one vote PER HOUSHOLD under the governing documents.

A homeowner may authorize another person to exercise that vote by proxy.
