Mission: Informing Families offers support to individuals, families, caregivers, and professionals throughout the state of Washington. We offer trusted news and information to individuals and families that empowers them to be active participants in planning and building a network of support and opportunities.

Mission: Our mission is to empower individuals and families, to create community, and to celebrate the abilities and achievements of people with Down syndrome.
Event Examples: We have monthly activity sessions where we invite guest speakers such as medical professionals, first responders, other community groups and/or conduct fun events such as Pizza-Bingo Night, Game Night, Movie Night, etc. We have an annual Summer Picnic in July and our flagship event is our Buddy Walk in September.
Population Served: We primarily serve individuals and families with Down syndrome, but as an organization focused on inclusion we welcome all persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities and those without.
