Welcome! We are a network of local organizations committed to making events and information more accessible for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families. We hope this website serves as a central resource for discovering inclusive and accessible events. Please note that we do not endorse any of these events. For more details and to sign up, please contact the respective organizations directly.

To use this calendar, here are some helpful tips:

1. Full-Screen View: Select the "box with the arrow" button in the upper right-hand corner to make the calendar full screen. Or Paste this link into a new tab: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=tccalendarconnections%40gmail.com&ctz=America%2FLos_Angeles 

2. Weekly View: Select "week" in the upper right-hand corner of the new screen to view events happening this week and their times. Navigate to different weeks using the arrows in the upper left corner.

3. Event Details: Click on individual events to preview them. Click "more details" to access additional information, including registration instructions and event costs.

4. Add to Personal Calendar: Select "Copy to My Calendar" to add the event directly to your personal Google Calendar. Note that this does not register you for the event.

5. Print Calendar: In the upper right-hand corner, select "Print" to generate a PDF of all the events happening this month around Thurston County.

To add a Single Events to your personal Google Calendar (requires a google account):

1. Click on the event that you want to add. 

2. In the bottom right corner of the event, click the button that says " + Copy to My Personal Calendar."

3. You will be able to event edit the event and put in on your own calendar. Please note: this does not register you for the event. Please reach out to the organization to register. 

To add the Entire Calendar Connections to your personal Google Calendar (requires a google account):

1. In the bottom left hand corner of the calendar, click "Add to Google Calendar." You could also paste this link into your browser: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/0?cid=dGNjYWxlbmRhcmNvbm5lY3Rpb25zQGdtYWlsLmNvbQ 

2. This will open up a new screen, have you sign into google if needed, and a box will open and you should select "Add."

3. All events will appear the same color. You will not be able to edit or delete any events.
