Weeks: 3-4: Timing, Stroke, Endurance, Power
Weeks: 5-6: Timing, Stroke, Endurance, Power, Blend
Weeks: 7-8: Timing, Stroke, Endurance, Power, Blend, Starts
Weeks: 9-10: Scrimmages and Full-race pieces
