Jing "Port" Hu
Jing Hu, or 'Port', is the owner of the renowned restaurant that tourists are dying to try! Despite the lowkey, rundown-- I mean, homely appearance Starboard takes on, don't judge a book by it's cover! With astounding reviews from food critics and customers alike, Starboard is truly the pinnacle of Huntsman Harbor's local cuisine.... which is exactly why Port doesn't seem to ever meet up to the storefront's standards. He's often mistaken for a line cook, or a part-timer; never the role of the head chef. Port's playful demeanor and young age means that he often lacks the class that business owners are expected to have-- but he seems to prefer it that way. For example, when confronted about why he doesn't accommodate more guests so that Starboard can make more money, he simply laughed and responded that good food is worth waiting in line for, and suggested that impatient patrons could dig around in the dumpsters instead.

Dr. Yana Mauti
The "best" surgeon in The Abyss. Yana has her medical office set deep in the crevices of Grimshore. Only those who are truly desperate and those who are sure that what they want is worth it should find themselves at Yana's office, because the cost of their service is far more valuable than any amount of coin you could offer. True to the rumours, Yana can give you a cure to almost everything. It just may not be what you asked for. The one thing they have yet to find a cure for is immortality, the one thing they crave above all else.

Penelope (Penny) Dupond
A bubbly and enthusiastic honor student. Although being born to two very successful and wealthy alumni of the academy, she's worked for everything she has. Because she's such a hardworking student, she often forgets to take care of herself and finds herself passing out in the library from time to time. She's great at neglecting her own needs to please others but when people try to show her the same love, she gets flustered and brushes them off. It would be awful if anybody noticed she wasn't the perfect person everyone thought her to be, but instead a complete wreck barely keeping it together.

Aurelia "Lia" Rita
As Sawtooth District's resident tailor, they make sure their clients get the best quality fabrics & clothing. Though, when you first meet them, they're not the best to interact with. Nothing against you or anything, this tailor just seems to be a bit too timid even though they're in the job of customer service. It honestly makes you wonder how their business is surviving with how shy this jellyfish is.

Galeo "Leo" Cuvier
As a wandering scavenger, he catches what he finds and uses it to sustain himself but also sells any scrap he has left. Sometimes he'll find trash, other times he'll have come upon treasure. Whether or not he'll share his inventory with you is another story. But he doesn't bite! much.

Marielle Jorunna
Owner of a sea bunny cafe that doubles as an adoption agency. Plays a very active role in the business. She's a very bubbly and jumpy person. Super sweet, but short-fused at times. The type of boss to be laughing with you one second, and telling you to get back to work the next.

Magnolia Cottontail
A spontaneous, party-loving stingray who loves organizing big hangout events at the beach so she has an excuse to meet new people. Gets restless when she's bored, so is always looking for ways to make mundane things fun.
Works at a flower shop organizing bouquets. If prompted, she will infodump about her favorite kinds of flowers, and she loves assigning flowers to people's personalities.
Very confident in herself, loves her body and loves dancing.

Adonis
Adonis and Troy are quite an usual duo. Adonis is a biologist and explorer at Coratoll's Academy, currently on a journey to explore Cala Mori's creatures with a secret goal along with it. Adonis is reserved but mocking and flirty rarely seen interacting with people, he prefers the company of animals and nature. His company, a Kraken, found almost dead a few years ago, now under a spell to live disguised within society, Troy can't hide his killer instinct on his restrained form, usually causing trouble for Adonis, but even so, Troy is very loyal and grateful to Adonis for saving his life.

Marionette
Marionette is a hermit crab with a cheery and outgoing personality! She tends to wander around everywhere she’s welcome, so you’ll never really find her in one space at a time. She spends most of her time foraging, collecting whatever she deems collectible and hiding it in her shell. She’s not one to hoard though, and typically gifts away most of her findings. She’s extremely friendly to everyone and anyone, so no matter who you are she’d love to be your friend.

An ambitious axolotl with a passion for helping others. He was not able to attend medical school because he was too short to reach the desk, so he taught himself with the textbooks on the floor.

Yahya Catastro
Hunt's a little too difficult for you to do by yourself? Need a hit done but you can't get risk them getting dirty? Yahya's the man for you! Located in Grimshore's Black Market, Yahya makes a living by taking on people's hit requests alongside reading their futures. He's got an amazing talent for predicating tragedies in specific so before every job he takes, Yahya will read his client and victim's future (if possible). If the odds seemed stacked against him Yahya may even create his own misfortunes to extort clients out of more money than their bags can hold.
Yahya is a confident and cheery man with a slightly off-kilter disposition. He's always seen cracking a smile while shuffling around with whatever garbage he's looking to turn into a fortune telling scam or into a new weapon. The man's quite lonely, scarcely seen talking with anyone in his free time or outside a business deal. He's friendly enough at least.

Fhee
A 29 year old waitress and line cook of Languish The Shell, she loves working with spices and enjoys adding her own creative spin on the dishes. She has a whole collection of different kinds of herbs, flowers, and spice plants for 'cooking', definitely not because she loves wearing them. Fhee is way too trusting, getting married after 2 months into a relationship only to divorce after 3 months. She prefers to see the good in people, but will not hesitate to stand her ground if needed. She acts as the bodyguard for the tavern.

Pogri
The youngest of the bunch at 24 - Pogri works when needed, preferring to study and research but also loving to help out with the place, enjoying the cleanup and organization when running the place. He knew Exaphy through a family friend, getting the position through good ol fashioned nepotism. He isn't that big on romance, but is willing to give it a try.

Exaphy
An owner of a crowded tavern situated in Sawtooth District. They had a dream at the age of 100 that they wanted to completely change their life and make something out of it. At age of 131 they are now the slimy owner of 'Languish The Shell'.

Mizaduck
The current waiter and occasional bartender at Exaphy's tavern, she's rather standoffish, introverted, and easily startled. She took the position after meeting Exaphy years prior when she was at her lowest, now loving the environment and interacting with regulars. They have a determined work ethic, preferring to keep things efficient and organized. They are able to extend and stretch her arms, making tasks around the tavern easily accessible and convenient to her. She doesn't like warm weather, preferring windy or rainy days. Even if she can't wear them on the job, they love jewels and sparkly things, often hoarding them in her own personal collection. Reaching the age of 28, they grew tired of mind games, wishing to cut the crap and yearns for secure and healthy long term relationship.

Morgan
Morgan is a sweetheart to those around him, always giving people fun facts about things he learned and likes. He can be very ditzy and space out when he's alone or focusing on tasks. ((His family calls him bubbles, he’ll get back to reality when you pop his bubble~!)) He doesn’t have much a goal in life and just go with the flow with things and enjoy the moment with people who are just as important to him.
