Rules

The following rules also apply to all FFUMA subreddits. This includes r/FortniteMemes, r/FortniteBattleRoyale, and any other Fortnite subreddit that is managed by CAKE.

1. Keep your posts on-topic. For example, only post memes on r/FortniteMemes, and non-memes on r/FortniteBattleRoyale. Posts not aligning with the subreddit's theme may be redirected or removed.

2. Avoid political discussion and political memes, even if relevant to Fortnite, as they cause too much drama.

3. Links to content outside of Reddit, such as a YouTube Video, must not be the main content of a post. However, safe and relevant links, that are used as a reference, in posts and comments are allowed. Exceptions are for quest guides and news posts in r/FortniteBattleRoyale.

4. Reposting memes with minimal changes, such as with a different title, is considered spam and is therefore prohibited; you may remix others' memes provided that you add an original touch to this; all remixed memes must be flaired as "Remixed." Crossposting is also not allowed unless you are adding to the original discussion.

5. Do not become involved in, or attempt to start, post trends as these clutter up the subreddit. These include things such as "Top 10 Skin" posts, "Favourite Skin" posts, "Day x of asking Epic to bring back..." posts, etc. There is nothing wrong with making one of these types of posts on its own, but don't do it frequently or join in with others who are doing it.

6. Do not use AI to generate any memes. You may use AI to assist you, but your meme must be primarily made by you.

7. By posting on our Subreddit, you agree to grant our moderators permission to use your memes in promotional material, inside of UEFN maps, and on our social media platforms. You are also allowing subreddit members to remix your memes. This does not grant our moderators, or anyone else on the subreddit, permission for the use, distribution, or editing of your memes outside of CAKE-related things. You may opt out of this via Modmail.
