Most post-construction cleanings are completed in stages to achieve the best results:
• Rough Clean – Removal of initial dust, debris, and buildup
• Detail Clean – Thorough cleaning of surfaces, fixtures, cabinets, and interior spaces
• Final Clean – Final touch-ups and polishing before walkthrough or move-in
The number of stages may vary depending on the condition and timeline of the project.

Post-construction cleaning is based on square footage, making pricing simple and consistent.
Walkthroughs are not required, but are recommended for larger or more detailed projects. Final pricing may be adjusted if the project requires excessive detail work or if conditions differ from what was originally provided.
Interior windows are included where accessible. Two-story or hard-to-reach windows are available for an additional charge.
