The Caicos Cycle Trail is a 67 mile (107Km - a metric century) out-and-back ride starting at Bellfeild Landing, passing the full length of North Caicos, over the causeway to Middle Caiocs, traversing the full length of Middle Caicos to Lorimers Landing, and back. Riders can choose shorter circuits of any length by simply doubling back at their chosen half-way point. The trail is entirely on low-traffic nicely-paved public roads, easily navigated, with lots of opportunities to stop for sight-seeing, water breaks, or refueling. The prevailing winds from the East usually helps push you home.
Make sure you either have these downloaded to your device, or have local internet access.
Hurricane Fiona (Sept 2022) washed out the causeway between North and Middle Caicos (again) in two places. The road bed has been cleared and where needed refilled and graded, but has not been repaved. Be cautious crossing the unpaved and one-lane sections, especially if you're riding skinny road tires.
All of these trails are on dirt and gravel back roads, with maybe a bit of paved road connections.
