Pets of the Homeless

1. Pets of the Homeless (PotH) will call our office to let us know they're verbally approving an exam for a patient to come in. They will provide us with name and contact number for the owner.

2. Make sure to get the case workers Name, Extension and Email address. usually Ex. Assist6@petsofthehomeless.com

3. PotH will then advise client to call our office to schedule appointment. (Client still must sign estimate at time of service and understand anything that PotH is not paying for that they will be responsible for the cost)

4. When scheduling PotH appointments MUST be in the morning appointment slots. 

Pets of the Homeless closes at 3pm and we need to be able to send a payment link to the case worker before their offices close.
