What's In a Name?

Name: King T'Challah AKA Chadwick Doughsman

Date of Birth: February 27, 2024

A sourdough starter is a living thing, and therefore needs a name. I really enjoy the Marvel movies, so I named mine after King T'Challah (pronounced T'Halla), played by the one and only Chadwick Doughsman. 

Think of your starter as a Tamagotchi for adults that needs daily care. It has a name, it eats, it rests, and it even has waste to be discarded. The more attentive you are, the more delicious your bread will be. But be careful, if you neglect your starter, it will suffer greatly.
