LearningHUB: All CAEC Courses: LearningHUB practitioners will take Pre-test results and prepare a tailored learning plan so learners can be successful with CAEC and PLAR assessments. The LearningHUB also offers a set of practice tests simulates the questions expected and is a good predictor of readiness for the actual tests. All 5 subjects are available for CAEC and PLAR, as well as College-level PLAR Math and Science test for learners with a college goal. The LearningHUB will provide a tailored learning plan based on the assessment results
Khan Academy: With practice exercises, instructional videos, and a personalized learning dashboard, Khan Academy empowers learners to study at their own pace, both in and out of the classroom. Covers all subjects in the CAEC and more.
AB: Provincial Achievement Tests: The Alberta Provincial Achievement Tests (PAT) include similar questions/content to those on the CAEC test, and are hosted on the same Vretta platform. They were developed prior to the CAEC, and were an influence in CAEC development.

Gov of AB: CAEC Test Administration Guide: The CAEC Test Administration Guide outlines the policies and procedures of the CAEC testing service for jurisdictions, which offer the CAEC. Information in this guide also supports test candidates, CAEC testing centres, CAEC preparation providers, and members of the public gain an understanding of the CAEC.
Gov of ON: General CAEC Info: This provides a good overview that can be shared with learners; it provides a clear overview of what CAEC is, eligibility, cost, how to register, etc. It also links to PLAR and ACE options.
ILC: About the CAEC in Ontario: CAEC overview including registration and testing information. This is a good starting point for learners as it goes through eligibility, registration, and testing steps.

Vretta: Practice Tests: A very important resource, subdivided by subject, with an answer key (including explanations of answers to each question and identification of which objective is tested in each question). No registration required and results can be downloaded after completion so learners could complete this independently and send their results to their practitioner.
Vretta: CAEC Help Resources: A collection of guides and descriptions for common learner questions, including how to create a Vretta account, how to book a test, how the CAEC is structured and marked, and how to request accommodations.
Employment Ontario: Goal Path Description for Practitioners and Learners – Secondary School Credit: The secondary school credit goal path description examines the connection between Get SET service provision and transition to secondary school credit programs. This goal path description addresses options available to learners who wish to obtain secondary school credit(s) or an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD).
