Notes: Grade II Listed. Proposed is a two-storey building at the rear, connected to the old cottage by a single-storey glazed walkway. It's partially visible from Blagrave Lane and Jacksons Lane, sitting slightly lower than the cottage. The plot is large, open and can absorb the new structure. Ideally, the cottage should remain sitting on its own, as it always has, but by modern living standards it is a small. Adding the extension should help to ensure its continuing preservation. There is also PL/26/1294 but no files attached.

There are docs. for all the other conditions, except 14 - The biodiversity enhancement scheme.
