Changing ground‑floor frames from black to light grey seems acceptable. The panel above the shops is described as illuminated — more detail needed. Clarify whether the first‑floor walls will be re‑rendered white. The three dormers are shown with brown frames and black fascias, making them overly prominent and out of keeping. Confirm the new first‑floor window will match the existing two and remain white. Define what “external lighting” means.
