The Central Valley Medical Association (CVMA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to serving the underserved. We are rooted in the heart of California’s Central Valley with a mission to uplift communities through education, collaboration, and compassionate service.

Our Mission: To provide aid and support to underserved populations in the Central Valley of California by fostering community engagement and promoting scholarly collaboration among current and future healthcare professionals.

What We Do: To achieve our mission, the CVMA organizes and supports a wide range of educational and community-driven initiatives; one of which being The Annual Central Valley Medical Conference (CVMC). This conferences brings together specifically the four undergraduate medical education programs in the Central Valley with the hopes of providing encouragement and tools to these aspiring physicians who hope to serve the Central Valley. However, this conference is also open to residents, physicians, and community leaders who also aim to improve the health of the Central Valley.
